  • 7+ years experience supporting various organizations in administration, maintenance, and implementation of Human Capital Software including but not limited to ADP Workforce Now, iSolved, Paycom, Workday, Peoplesoft, Oracle, Successfactors, and more.

    • Manage electronic applicant tracking system; Create job postings, screen candidates and extend electronic offer letters

    • Create electronic onboarding plans, enter new employees in HR database and distribute onboarding, electronic HR policies, etc.
